Why is my tracking # just showing, “Electronic information submitted by shipper” or “We didn’t find an item associated with this number” ?

Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start updating in Canada Post’s system. Your package is with Canada Post but the tracking number may not update until the package reaches the destination sorting facility and this takes up to 24 hours.
